Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into prospective candidates.
• Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
• Handle the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Experience in US and UK hiring/recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of overseas recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good English communication skills.
