Sales Consultant - Overseas Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable overseas opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
• Follow up with candidates regularly and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle candidate queries and provide proper guidance throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, recruitment, or overseas recruitment.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Overseas recruitment experience will be an advantage.
