Sales Consultant - Kannada

Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Consultants(Kannada) This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on interested leads provided by the company (No cold calling)
• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable products
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure end-to-end sales closure
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly

Required Skills

• Effective communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers
• Comfortable conversing in English, and Kannada
• Strong interest in sales with a positive, result-oriented attitude
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to manage conversations efficiently and stay focused on outcomes
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
