Sales Consultant Business Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to accelerate growth of our Asana practice in Visakhapatnam. You will own key account relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, turning product knowledge and business insight into measurable revenue and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective accounts to maximize revenue and client retention
• Develop account strategies that uncover the highest-impact opportunities for growth
• Conduct needs analysis, review client data, and deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Serve as the primary customer advocate and liaison between clients and our product/implementation teams
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular progress updates against targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of experience in sales consulting, solution selling, or business intelligence roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage a pipeline of accounts effectively
• Comfortable working across multiple locations (Gurgaon, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam)

Preferred

• Prior experience selling or implementing SaaS / collaboration / project management tools (Asana experience is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and account planning methodologies
