Job Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance sales through the assigned IndusInd Bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
• Generate business through bank customer leads and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Support and train bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in banking or life insurance.
• Good communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work with bank branch teams.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
