Sales Coach / Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct regular call monitoring and feedback sessions to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement customized training programs to address specific sales skills and knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement impactful sales strategies and tactics.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide constructive feedback, recognition, and rewards to motivate sales representatives.
• Ensure compliance with international sales practices, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform coaching strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 1+ years of sales coaching or sales management experience in an international voice process setting.
• Proven track record of success in sales coaching and team development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices specific to international voice processes.
• Proficiency with sales performance metrics and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering engaging sales training programs.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills for an international environment.
