Position Summary We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily operations while driving sales growth through lead generation, customer engagement, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage documentation, data entry, reports, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Submit and track renewal quotations with OEMs and customers.
- Handle customer follow-ups, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Prepare quotations, maintain client relationships, and support deal closure.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance updates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
