Sales Co-ordinator For Textile Chemical Sales Support

Role & responsibilities

• Generate sales reports for management review and ongoing tracking.
• Master data updation, covering prices, customer profiles, and product profiles.
• Process order entries and issue order acknowledgements to customers.
• Coordinate with factories on dispatch schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding dispatches and pending orders.
• Email dispatch documents to customers in a timely manner.
• Arrange product samples as per customer requests and follow up on receipt and feedback.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and follow up with customers for overdue payments.
• Maintain the database of product data sheets.
• Maintain stocks of product literature and brochures.
• Update and maintain commercial files and records.
• Provide overall sales coordination support to the field sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Male or Female, under 30 years.
• Graduate (Science background preferred).
• At least 3 years in a Commercial Department or in Sales Coordination.
• Candidate should be based in Mumbai.
• English and Hindi (compulsory)
• MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel.
• Worked on CRM and systems and sales software
