Job Summary

Sales Co-ordinator (Automotive Aftermarket ) - Gurugram

Responsibilities

• Support Sales organization with back office support with relevant market information and material to help in day-to-day business operations.
• Facilities Sales initiatives.
• Align Marketing planning to Sales Initiatives
• Daily Sales MIS.
• Payment follow up with distributors.
• Coordination for Distributor appointment agreement, ( within departments) follow up.
• Ensure Target alignment for the Daily sales.
• Handling Online leads for the products.
• Coordination with Field sales team for the Backoffice support, Data sharing, billings marketing support.
• Data Management.
• Support in compilation of data for Annual Budgeting and alignment with Central marketing , Planning team.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 yrs in data management

Qualifications

• Graduate
• Computer knowledge - MS Office, Power BI
• Data management
• Communication - English is must (speaking writing)
• Handled Pan India communication in Data management
