• Sales person will be responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and closing transactions.
• The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the end-to-end property buying process while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, Direct, digital platforms, channel partner, site visits, and broker networks.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups.
