Job Summary
Sales person will be responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and closing transactions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the end-to-end property buying process while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, Direct, digital platforms, channel partner, site visits, and broker networks.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups
