Sales Closer (WFH)

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Closer to handle inbound leads and convert them into paying customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling courses, coaching programs, or other digital products/services and be comfortable conducting sales calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Conduct sales calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Build rapport with prospects and address their questions or concerns.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead details and regularly update the CRM.
• Follow up with interested and pending leads to improve conversions.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, especially courses, coaching programs, or digital products/services.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to close sales over calls.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of online business or digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently in a WFH environment
