Who we are looking for
3+ Years in B2C/Outbound Closing: Proven track record in phone sales, consultative closing, or post-webinar lead conversion (coaching/education niche preferred).
High-Volume Calling Stamina: Comfortable dialling 50+ calls daily and delivering a minimum of 20+ pitches to warm webinar leads without hesitation.
Consultative & Empathy-Driven: Skilled at identifying prospect pain points, building trust, and recommending tailored solutions rather than hard-selling.
Effective Follow-up & Nurturing: Confident in handling objections, overcoming scepticism, and nurturing leads who didn't convert during the live session.
Pipeline Management & Coachability: Experience using CRM tools (Zoho/Google Sheets) for tracking, paired with high energy, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
