Sales & Client Growth Associate

We are looking to hire a strong sales candidate for Ploomm who can contribute aggressively towards client acquisition, relationship management and overall market expansion.

Role & responsibilities

• Strong understanding of proactive and reactive sales
• Ability to activate dormant and existing clients
• Generate new event opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and market reach-outs
• Handle inbound leads efficiently and convert them into closures
• Build relationships with corporates, luxury clients and event stakeholders
• Strategically contribute towards increasing Ploomms visibility and positioning in the market
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution alignment
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and client servicing standards
• Comfortable with field meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
• Prior experience in hospitality, events, luxury sales, media sales, or corporate partnerships would be an added advantage
