Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for elevator and escalator solutions. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end sales cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements to propose suitable elevator solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
• Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Scope of Role

• Direct contribution to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Exposure to B2B project sales and infrastructure development sector.
• Opportunity to work closely with builders, real estate developers, and consultants.
• Career progression into Senior Sales / Key Account / Branch Sales roles based on performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 215 years of experience in sales (preferably elevators, construction, building materials, HVAC, or engineering products).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project-based sales cycles.
• Good understanding of technical product selling preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant discipline preferred.
