About this role
WE'RE HIRING | BUSINESS & SALES MANAGER
TalksView is looking for a motivated Business & Sales Manager to grow our advertising, sponsorships, partnerships and commercial business.
Location: Punjab
Role: Business & Sales Manager
Payment: Performance/Commission Based — 10% to 20% on successfully generated business
Key Responsibilities
• Find and onboard advertising & sponsorship clients
• Generate new business opportunities
• Handle client communication and negotiations
• Manage advertising campaigns and partnerships
• Follow up on leads and payments
• Build long-term relationships with local businesses and brands
• Help grow TalksView's commercial network
Education
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Graduate preferred
• Sales, Marketing, Business, Media or Communication background preferred
Experience
• 1–2 years sales/business development experience preferred
• Media, advertising or digital marketing experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Punjabi & Hindi required; basic English preferred
