SA Digital Films Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and curious fresher who wants to gain hands-on experience in Creative Sales and Business Development.

From connecting with brands and exploring business opportunities to understanding how creative ideas are pitched and sold, you'll get a chance to learn how the industry works.

No prior sales experience required. Just good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the willingness to learn.

The Basics

Position: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience: Freshers Welcome (0–1 Year)

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Weekly Off: Sunday

What Will You Be Doing

• Finding Opportunities: Research potential clients, identify promising leads, and explore new business opportunities.
• Starting Conversations: Reach out to businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Staying Connected: Follow up with prospective clients, maintain relationships, and ensure no opportunity gets missed.
• Keeping Track: Create and maintain lead trackers, client databases, and follow-up schedules using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Working with the Team: Coordinate meetings, assist with proposals, and support day-to-day business development activities.
• Learning the Business: Understand client requirements, explore different industries, and learn how creative solutions are pitched and sold.

What Are We Looking For

• Someone who communicates clearly and confidently in English and Hindi.
• Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building professional relationships.
• A proactive attitude and the confidence to approach new clients.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
• Someone who takes follow-ups seriously and doesn't need constant reminders.
• Someone interested in building a career in Creative Sales, advertising, media, and brand communication.
