JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Conduct outbound calls, lead generation, and customer follow-ups. 
•  Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. 
•  Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and business reports. 
•  Coordinate demos, meetings, proposals, and customer communications.
•  Support preparation of proposals, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and documentation. 
•  Perform market research, account mapping, and opportunity tracking. 
•  Assist in DMS-related sales activities, documentation, and follow-ups. 
•  Support business development initiatives in Middle East and other international markets.
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of action items. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•  2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support. 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups. 
•  Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. 
•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
•  Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
