We're Hiring | Sales & Business Development Associate – IT Sales & SaaS

Prilient Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to help expand the company's IT Sales and SaaS client base in Jaipur. This is an entry-to-mid level role focused on lead generation, client outreach, and closing sales, and is ideal for someone starting out in B2B sales or looking to build a career in IT/SaaS business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and online bidding portals.
• Identify and research prospective clients for IT services offerings.
• Pitch company services to prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospects and the technical/sales team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM or trackers.
• Meet assigned targets for lead generation and revenue on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Participate in networking events, webinars, or industry meetups to generate new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the IT/SaaS space.
• Assist in drafting cold email templates and outreach scripts to improve response rates.
• Provide feedback from client interactions to help refine service offerings and pitch strategy.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales or lead generation (IT services preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline; a management or business-related degree is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client outreach and target-driven work.
• Willing to work full-time on-site at the Jaipur office.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as web/app development or software solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for preparing proposals and reports.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Prior experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
