Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth through MEP consultant engagement, product specification (Spec-In), contractor networking, and conversion of existing leads into confirmed order bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Consultant Engagement & Spec-In

• Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and developers.
• Drive specification of IntelliGreen's HVAC and Indoor Air Quality solutions in upcoming projects.
• Conduct technical presentations and follow up on specified projects through tendering and execution.

Contractor Engagement & Order Conversion

• Develop relationships with HVAC/MEP contractors and procurement teams.
• Convert existing leads and specified projects into confirmed purchase orders.
• Handle technical-commercial negotiations, quotations, and order closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual order booking targets.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with engineering, estimation, operations, and finance teams.
• Ensure timely technical submissions, quotations, project handovers, and payment follow-ups.
• Take ownership of opportunities from lead generation to order conversion.

Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate Spec-In trackers, sales pipelines, and conversion forecasts in Asana.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and accelerate order closures.

Candidate Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, MEP, or technical B2B sales.
• Strong consultant and contractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and execution skills.

KPIs: New Spec-Ins, lead conversions, order bookings, and revenue growth.
