Sales/BDE/Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Generate and qualify business leads for the companys IT and software development services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
• Participate in client meetings, discussions, and business development activities.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and prospects.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Freshers and candidates looking for an internship opportunity are welcome.
• Target-oriented candidates who are comfortable with an incentive-based earning structure will be preferred.
