About the Role:

- Documenting gaps, providing feedback, and highlighting quality concerns.
- Occasionally connecting with clients directly for process or experience verification.
- Preparing audit reports and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining records and audit logs with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales audits or inside sales.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of the sales funnel and customer handling processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Any graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets
