Position: Retail Sales Associate (Work from Store)

• Experience: 12 years in retail store sales
• Qualification: Graduation preferred
• CTC: 3.24 LPA – 3.42 LPA (based on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers and guide them towards the clinic for free eye check-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, eye-test conversion targets and other KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
• Handle billing and transactions efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and overall store standards.
• Support stocktaking and ensure proper inventory management.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product collection and delivery.
• Handle product returns professionally and work towards reducing return rates.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and store security guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduation preferred; candidates with 12th pass qualifications may be considered as per company requirements.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales or counter sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and proactive.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
