Designation: Sales Associate

Experience: 0–4 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior experience in handling international clients will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Experience in handling international clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication amp; Relationship Management

* Communicate with students and international clients through emails, calls, messages, and other channels to understand their accommodation requirements.

2. Sales amp; Lead Management

* Manage and process incoming leads on the Casita platform accurately and efficiently.

* Assist students throughout the booking journey, addressing their queries and helping them identify suitable accommodation options.

* Use effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful bookings.

* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.

3. Client Satisfaction amp; Problem Resolution

* Identify customer concerns and accommodation-related challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

* Resolve queries promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

* Proactively follow up with students to provide assistance at different stages of their association with Casita.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

5. Reporting amp; Business Support * Maintain and update relevant sales, customer, supplier, and market data. * Prepare reports and coordinate data for internal meetings and business reviews.

6. Required Skills amp; Competencies* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.* Customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.* Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.* Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.* Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
