Role Description
We are looking for a confident and proactive Field Sales Associate to visit hotels, demonstrate HOBO PMS, generate leads and convert prospective hotels into customers. The role involves regular hotel visits, client meetings and follow-ups with hotel owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit hotels and introduce HOBO PMS to owners and managers.
* Conduct in-person product demonstrations and explain features.
* Generate leads and identify potential customers.
* Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
* Build relationships, handle queries and close sales.
* Maintain records of visits, leads and follow-ups.
* Achieve assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with fieldwork and regular hotel visits.
* Interest in sales, hospitality and technology.
* Basic smartphone and computer skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Freshers welcome; sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
Compensation
*20% Commission*
20% of the first payment received from each client successfully acquired by the associate.
