Salary: 1,80,000-2,40,000 per Annum

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Associate to join our team, who would be responsible for generating new leads with our stakeholders in the market like the students, teachers and others, in order to generate an ecosystem for the students and along the academic institutes and the market.

Responsibilities:

• Create varied types of lead generation processes, campaigns and events to generate the leads for different courses.
• Convert leads provided to you into clients with the use of varied sales techniques.
• Communicate with stakeholders and create an environment to engage college students to talk more about career and focus on learning through Vedshil Academy courses.
• Cold calling and cold emailing from the generated and newly created leads.
• Organize and run small events like the marketing counters in the colleges that will give students an insight to the courses and other offerings that Vedshil Academy provide.
• Create and generate affiliations of the organization with the Colleges and University.
• Organize and attend meetings with the stakeholders in the college community.
• Regularly update and maintain the marketing database entries into the company's system.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is highly appreciated but it is not mandatory, although Sales accumen is necessary.
• Should be able communicate in a clear manner and get enrollments for Vedshil Academy.
• Make a feedback loop and effectively communicate the needs of the students with company regarding the courses.
• Create a group of people within different colleges to keep marketing about the courses and services of Vedshil Academy, and do regular meetings with them.

Requirements:

• Should be from Gandhinagar, Gujarat or nearby area, should be able to commute to office everyday.
• Candidates who can speak Hindi and/or Gujarati will be preferred.
• Should be agreed to learning new things required for the daily work.
• Should be open to work outside and in office for marketing purposes accordingly.
