Sales Associate

Role & Responsibilities

1. Cold Calling & Cold Emailing
Make 5060+ cold calls and send 20–30+ cold emails to schools every day to introduce Cyberbots’ products and services. Identify the right decision-makers, understand school requirements, and create new sales opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & School Visits
Identify new schools and key decision-makers within the assigned territory. Conduct 3–5 school visits per day, introduce our solutions, understand the school’s requirements, and generate qualified leads.

3. Demo Fixing & Conducting
Follow up with interested schools and schedule product/service demonstrations with the concerned decision-makers. Coordinate with the internal team and ensure the scheduled demos are conducted successfully.

4. Lead Follow-up & Client Conversion
Regularly follow up with qualified leads and move them through the sales process — Lead Meeting Demo Proposal Negotiation Client Conversion. Maintain consistent communication until closure and work towards achieving the assigned monthly sales targets.

5. Daily Reporting & Performance Tracking
Update all daily activities, including calls, emails, school visits, demos, follow-ups, proposals, and client status, in the company software. Ensure all lead information and follow-up details are maintained accurately.

6. Review Meetings & Target Achievement
Attend regular performance and review meetings with the Chennai Head Office, discuss progress and challenges, and take necessary action to achieve the assigned sales targets.
