Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and customers in the region
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasts
• Maintain customer database and CRM records
• Process orders and coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination
• Good communication in English and the local language
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
