Role & responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote and upsell products, offers, and promotions.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, customer service, and store presentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary/Intermediate).
• 0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a similar role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Customer-focused approach with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Good grooming standards and presentation skills.
