Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support department revenue goals.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Drive upselling and add-on sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
• Support stock replenishment and product availability.
• Capture customer leads and data accurately.
• Follow store SOPs and service standards.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good shopping experience.

• Interest in furniture, home dcor, or lifestyle products.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Furniture/home retail experience is an added advantage.
