Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to handle an international blended voice process involving both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, generating sales opportunities, and achieving defined business targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and customer callbacks.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Use appropriate sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate with customers and work toward successful sales closure.
• Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the interaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets/KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM.
• Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication and appropriate voice & accent while interacting with international customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for customer or sales-related issues.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
• Maintain high levels of productivity, attendance, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Education: HSC / Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months–2+ years in International Voice, BPO, Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication and strong sales aptitude may be considered depending on the process.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational/international shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
