Role & responsibilities

Office Administration

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
• Maintain files, records, reports, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and service providers
• Ensure smooth communication between departments

B2B Sales Support

• Support the B2B sales team with order processing and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports
• Coordinate with wholesale buyers, retailers, and corporate clients
• Maintain client databases and track orders, deliveries, and payments

Jewellery Operations

• Handle jewellery-related documentation (design codes, purity, stone details, certifications)
• Coordinate with production, QC, inventory, and dispatch teams
• Track stock movement and ensure accurate inventory records

Accounts & Coordination

• Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and basic reconciliation
• Coordinate with the accounts team for receivables and payables
• Ensure timelines and internal processes are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an Office Manager / Sales Coordinator in the jewellery industry
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
• Familiarity with jewellery terminology (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Has relevant experience of Gems and Jewellery industry
• Can speak local language for that specific region
