Job Title: Star Premium Sales Associate
Job Description:
Functional responsibilities: -

• Prospect and generate new leads, as well as catering and cracking the leads given
• Developing and maintaining relationship with Painting Contractors
• Explain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase Berger
• Organize promotional event and/or give presentation about various rewards/benefits to contractors

Education Qualification: - Graduates preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skill requirement/Tools requirement: -

• Freshers can apply
• Sales and promotion knowledge, marketing know-how
• Interpersonal skill, Convincing Skill, Communication skill
• Hands-on knowledge about Mobile Apps & Online platforms like PayTM, GPay, PhonePe
• Preference for candidates from: -
• Paints & Building Material - Allied industries like: Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Akzo, Dulux, Cement, Electrical, Pipe, Hardware
• BFSI/Eductech/Insurance -

• Ready to travel and having two-wheeler is mandatory (Driving License is must)
