Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and payment schedules
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and coordinate with relevant teams
• Update and maintain daily sales records
• Maintain and track the sample list, including purchased and sold quantities
• Prepare summaries and reports for customer meetings and discussions
• Conduct basic cost analysis, sales analysis, and profitability analysis
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments
• Prepare and maintain various sales reports and management updates
• Support the team members with daily operational and administrative activities
• Ensure all sales-related data and records are accurate and updated on time

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.)
• Experience in the manufacturing, trading, chemical, or industrial sector will be an advantage
