Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and available services.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Lenskart's eyewear portfolio.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Support billing, order processing, and customer follow-ups as required.
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and support stock-related activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer-service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 02 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field; freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and confident in interacting with people.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and digital billing systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
