Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new B2B & B2C leads and business opportunities.
• Visit builders, housing societies, industries, hotels, hospitals and commercial clients.
• Promote STP, WTP, RO & AMC services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order conversion and payments.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Male candidate required.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
