Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Pune City. The Sales Associate will engage prospective customers, understand their real estate and mortgage needs, and present suitable property and financial solutions available on the Square Yards platform. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, following up on leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a high-quality, transparent experience for customers. The Sales Associate is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while upholding professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex real estate and mortgage concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions, property markets, or financial products such as home loans.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, update records, and generate reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune City, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on customer schedules.
