About this role
- Should be able to achieve month on month and every quarter sales target.
- Numbers Targets.
- A minimum of 100 outbound calls must be made daily.
- The ratio of successful calls to prospects must be 20%.
- Scheduling a minimum of four meetings per week is required.
- Achieving 16 meetings monthly is essential.
- Need to publish sales plans with sales forecast, daily tracker, revenue trackers, sales performance reports etc.

- Maintenance of the daily calling sheet (Sales team Calling report).
- Updating of the Monthly Strategy sheet at the commencement of each week.(Monthy Strategy) .
- Daily updates of the individual calling sheet with prospects.(Individual sheet on Data Stats sheet) .
- Daily updates of the Prospect Sheet.(Prospect sheet) 5.
- Regular tracking of follow-ups on the prospect sheet.(Prospect sheet).
- Maintaining pipeline sheet with regular updates.
- (Pipeline sheet) Actively participation in preparing presentations and present to customers.
- Nurturing the client.
- Converting the client from the cold stage to warm and hot stage .
- Preparing Quotation and Comparition quote as per the client requirments and design discussions .
- Preparing a mood board presentations to client for VC or ECV .
- Presenting unit design as per floor plan (Prepared by DSA) to client.
- Take Virtual Calls to convince them to Experience center visit.
- Prepare the space planing and make the client understand the quotationin details.
- Involve in planning, tracking and publishing quarter results over month- month Monthly strategy.
- Maintaing monthly strategy sheets .
- Real time update the pipeline and propect sheets, ECV sheets Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

- Maintain real time update on pipeline sheets .
- Lead Statue and Lead stage real time updates based on followups .
- Real time update on discounts and tick value after discounts.
- Maintaing Pipeline, Hot leads data on real time
