Sales Associate|(WFO)|Fresher|

Key responsibilities

● Connect with parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.

● Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.

● Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.

● Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.

● Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.

● Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work schedule & Requirements

● Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday

● Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore

● Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.

Desired candidate profile

● Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.

● Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.

● Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.

● Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.

● Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
