Desired Candidate Profile

1. 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or related field. (FRESHER can also apply)
2. Strong knowledge of retail management principles, including sales planning, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
5. After selection there will be training of 20 days in Lenskart Academy Bhiwadi.

Salary : 3 LPA In hand 18k

Job Location- Anywhere in Gurgaon

Note:- Training will be in Lenskart Academy in Bhiwadi for 20 days. Candidate need to be an Immediate joiner.
