Job Title: Sales Associate Trainee

• Focus on winning prospective customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Generate a "higher number" of "quality" leads by using innovative sources
• Schedule monthly client visits efficiently.
• Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
• Probe the client by asking the right questions to understand his needs and document client requirements in detail.
• Meet internal and client-based timelines effectively.
• Follow the standard sales process as trained by the company
• Build and maintain cordial relations with key decision-makers in the clients organization.
• Do market and company research comfortably over the internet and other sources.

• Maintaining Confidentiality and Professional ethics.
