Role & responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Experience

Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and available offers.

Ensure a positive shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Product Demonstration & Sales

Demonstrate smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, accessories, and other digital products available in the store.

Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and budget.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, product-category, and accessory attachment targets.

Promote cross-selling and upselling to improve average bill value and overall sales productivity.

Product & Market Knowledge

Maintain updated knowledge of product specifications, new launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Understand product pricing, financing options, exchange programs, warranties, and promotional schemes.

Participate in product training and knowledge-enhancement sessions.

Digital Services & Customer Support

Assist customers with product setup, data transfer, basic device configuration, and application installation, wherever applicable.

Explain relevant digital services, extended warranties, protection plans, and other value-added services.

Support customers in understanding product usage and basic troubleshooting.

Sales Process & Billing Support

Follow the prescribed sales process, documentation requirements, and customer verification procedures.

Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate billing and smooth order processing.

Explain applicable payment methods, EMI options, exchange benefits, and terms and conditions clearly to customers.

Store Operations & Merchandising

Maintain product displays, demo devices, price tags, promotional communication, and visual merchandising standards.

Ensure products and accessories are properly displayed and demo units are functional.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Store Leader for replenishment.

Follow company guidelines for inventory handling, product security, and store hygiene.

Customer Relationship Management

Inform customers about relevant offers, product launches, and services through approved communication channels.

Support customer feedback collection and resolution of queries or complaints.

Encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and customer loyalty.

Compliance & Performance Management

Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Ensure accurate product information and transparent communication of prices, offers, and warranty terms.

Track individual performance against assigned KPIs and take corrective actions where required.

Support the Store Leader in achieving store-level business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from Retail Sales and Electronics background will be preferred
