Sales Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Visit merchants and businesses to generate new leads.
• Promote SBI Payments POS machines, QR codes, and digital payment solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to merchants.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants as per business requirements.
• Collect and verify required KYC/documents from merchants.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new merchants.
• Coordinate with the internal team for installation, activation, and issue resolution.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
