Sales Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales by engaging with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various market channels.
• Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.
• Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff toward achieving sales targets.
• Monitor sales team performance and ensure adequate stock of company products.
• Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
