Sales Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales inquiries and initiate first contact with prospective buyers.
• Qualify incoming leads to assess their specific requirements and readiness for property investment.
• Accompany clients on site visits to showcase premium residential or commercial developments.
• Ensure a seamless and detailed handover of warm, investment-ready leads to the senior Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all initial client interactions and lead progression.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, customer service, or a real estate assistant role is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, and a highly professional demeanor for client-facing property visits.
• A proactive and organized individual who can manage initial client pipelines effectively.
