Sales Ass

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Explain product features, offers and promotions.

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain product displays, stock and store cleanliness.

Support billing and other store operations.

Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements:

12th pass / Graduate.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Confident, energetic and target-oriented.

Comfortable working in a retail/mall environment.

Retail or sales experience preferred

Candidate must have experience in Apparel & related industry

Willing to work rotational shifts.
