Hiring: Sales Engineer
Location: Kota / Hadoti Region, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales and business development across Kota and the Hadoti region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing industrial clients, managing dealer networks, and achieving sales targets for welding and industrial products.
Qualification:
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
15 Years of experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or related manufacturing industries. Experience in Welding Electrodes or Welding Consumables industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients and dealers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote welding electrodes and other industrial products.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B and industrial sales processes.
- Ability to build and manage dealer networks.
