Sales and Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily sales reports.
• Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups and sales coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales database and CRM records.
• Handle and respond to customer/sales-related queries through calls and emails.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates, follow-ups, and required information.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of sales-related data and records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
