Job Brief: - AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Sales and Service department. Responsibilities :-
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the banks financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting financial products.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and customer feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures during all customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
