Sales And Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

* Promote and sell veterinary diagnostic analysers, reagents and consumables.

* Identify new customers and develop business with veterinary clinics and hospitals.

* Conduct product demonstrations, installations and customer training.

* Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support.

* Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

* Achieve sales targets and submit regular field reports.

Qualifications & Skills

* B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related fields.

* Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent.

* Minimum 13 years of experience in IVD, Medical Devices, Diagnostic Equipment or related industries.

* Experience with Hematology or Biochemistry Analysers is preferred.

* Strong communication, sales and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Ability to work independently.
